This page explains, in plain language, what data this site uses and what cookie-like storage exists right now. It can also become the future home for cookie preferences if analytics, payments, embedded players, or a checkout system are added later.

Current Site Storage

This static site does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. The language toggle may save your selected language in your browser using local storage so the site can remember EN or ES on future visits.

Feedback Email

The Send feedback link opens your email app with a prepared subject and message structure. The site itself does not store that feedback. If you send the email, your email provider and EFEVÉ Music's email provider process the message.

Contact Form

The contact form requires an email address so EFEVÉ Music can reply and keep basic lead records. The form opens a structured email instead of storing the message in a database. If you choose the updates checkbox, that opt-in may be used to send occasional EFEVÉ Music updates, loop notes, or related news.

Project Data

If you contact EFEVÉ Music for work, the data you send may include project files, references, contact details, notes, timelines, and revision requests. That information is used to evaluate, quote, complete, deliver, and support the work.

External Links

Links to Instagram, TikTok, Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Fiverr, AirGigs, and other platforms may allow those platforms to collect data under their own policies. EFEVÉ Music does not control those platforms.

Future Cookies or Payments

If this site later adds checkout, loop purchases, analytics, booking forms, or embedded third-party tools, this page should be updated before those features go live. Any non-essential tracking should be clearly explained and, where required, controlled by user choice.
