These Terms apply to your use of the EFEVÉ Music portfolio site and to initial inquiries made through this site. Separate project terms, prices, delivery dates, licenses, and revision details may be agreed in writing before paid work begins.

Portfolio Site

This site presents EFEVÉ Music's music, audio, visual work, services, contact links, and selected loop subscription checkout buttons handled by PayPal. It is not currently a full automated client portal.

Creative Services

Vocal editing, tuning, mixing, mastering, production, audio cleanup, short-form content, and related work are handled based on the files, scope, timeline, and references agreed with the client. A project is not confirmed until both sides agree on the scope and any payment terms.

Your Files and Rights

By sending files, you confirm that you have the rights or permission needed to share them for review or creative work. Do not send copyrighted material, stems, beats, videos, lyrics, or images that you are not allowed to use.

Portfolio Material

Work shown on this site may include EFEVÉ Music releases, service examples, and selected creative assets. Client work should not be added publicly without appropriate permission or a clear portfolio agreement.

Payments and Loop Offers

Selected loop subscriptions may be purchased through PayPal checkout buttons. PayPal processes the payment and subscription details. Other services, custom projects, or package ideas are confirmed through written agreement before paid work begins.

No Guaranteed Results

EFEVÉ Music aims to deliver clean, polished, professional creative work, but no specific streaming result, placement, sales result, platform acceptance, or audience response is guaranteed.

External Platforms

This site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Fiverr, AirGigs, and email providers. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Updates

These Terms may change as the site adds more forms, downloads, bookings, loop subscriptions, or other client-facing systems.
